Ball Ground may be a small town, but it’s one we’ve watched grow year after year — and we’re proud to be part of that growth. Tucked away in northern Cherokee County, it offers homeowners a little more space, a little more quiet, and a great place to build long-term value in their property.
We’ve worked on homes along Howell Bridge Road, Old Canton Road, and the newer developments that are starting to pop up near downtown. Whether it’s finishing out a basement, repairing storm-damaged siding, or building a new deck that overlooks the foothills, Baxter General Contracting brings the same care and craftsmanship here that we bring to busier cities like Canton or Woodstock.
What we like most about Ball Ground is how straightforward it is. People here want things done right the first time. They want clear communication, quality work, and a contractor that’s going to show up, clean up, and not cut corners. That’s exactly what we do.
And while the restaurants, shops, and schools might still be catching up with bigger suburbs, there’s a definite upside to that — less traffic, less noise, and more space to create something that’s truly your own. Whether you’re restoring a rural home with some history or upgrading a newer build, we’re here to help you improve what you’ve got and plan for what’s next.
At the end of the day, Ball Ground is growing — and we’re growing with it. Baxter General Contracting is proud to help homeowners here invest in their future, one smart upgrade at a time.
